Delicious simple 2 ingredient-ish Banana pancakes
1 banana mashed
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 TBSP ground flax seed
Spray pan with coconut oil.
Pour half of batter in pan and cook until bubbly, then flip. Makes 2 large pancakes.
These pancakes are the 2 ingredient-ish kind you might have heard about before with just bananas and eggs, however these few additions to them give it even a yummy- healthier kick!
